Are your doormats handmade?
Yes. Every doormat is individually handmade and finished by hand.
Can my doormat be used outdoors?
Yes. Our doormats are designed for use at entryways, covered porches, and front doors.
How do I clean my doormat?
- Shake out loose dirt and debris.
- Lightly sweep or vacuum as needed.
- Spot clean when necessary.
- Allow to air dry completely.
Can I pressure wash my doormat?
No. We do not recommend pressure washing.
Can I machine wash my doormat?
No. Machine washing may damage the fibers and artwork.
Will the design fade?
Our doormats are sealed for added durability and protection. However, like all handmade outdoor décor, prolonged exposure to heavy rain, standing water, direct weather conditions, and everyday wear may cause natural fading over time.
Can I leave my doormat in heavy rain?
We recommend placing your doormat in a covered area whenever possible. While our mats are designed for entryway use, excessive moisture and prolonged exposure to the elements may shorten the life of the design.
Is the backing slip resistant?
Yes. Each doormat includes a non-slip backing to help keep it in place during normal use.
