Because each item is custom created specifically for your order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If there is an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To request assistance, please email us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item received
• A brief description of the issue

If the mistake is determined to be our responsibility, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
